SPIN DRILLS

A structured spin class built around interval training, speed bursts, and climbing challenges. Every drill is designed to sharpen your stamina and mental focus while building strength you can feel on and off the bike.
Addition: + BANDS (2-3 songs targeting shoulders, backs, chest and arms)
FLOW RIDE
Breath. Rhythm. Dance on a bike.
A rhythm-based spin experience where music guides the journey. Expect smooth transitions, steady climbs, and fluid choreography that feels more like moving meditation than a workout. Perfect for riders seeking connection and flow.

POWER SPIN
Strength. Endurance. Fire.
High-energy, resistance-heavy riding that pushes you to your edge and beyond. With explosive sprints and powerful climbs, this class taps into your inner fire and leaves you feeling unstoppable.
Addition: CORE 20 minutes of core work through body weight exercise
Addition: STRENGTH 20 minutes of strength working up to and using 15 lbs for repetitions
BARRE x PILATES
Alignment. Control. Core power.
This hybrid class blends the precision of barre with the strength and stability of pilates. A low-impact but high-burn session designed to tone muscles, improve posture, and deepen mind-body connection. Party atmosphere.
BARRE
Pulse. Tone. Strengthen.
This class uses traditional barre methods of burning out muscles in a particular position using bands and body weight through a systematic changing of the range of motion in a variety of positions. We achieve muscle fatigue by using the bar, centre floor exercises, and props including gliders, pilates balls, resistance bands and weights. Party atmosphere.
FLOW YOGA
Breath in Motion.
A smooth, continuous practice where postures flow seamlessly with the rhythm of your breath. Energizing yet grounding, this class builds strength, flexibility, and presence through mindful movement.
MAT PILATES
Strength from Within.
Classic pilates mat work designed to lengthen, strengthen, and stabilize. With a focus on breath, posture, and control, this class builds core power and body awareness for all levels.

CANDLE LIT RESTORATIVE YOGA
Stillness is strength.
Held in the warm glow of candlelight, this deeply restorative practice uses props and long-held poses to invite release and renewal. Perfect for calming the nervous system and finding peace within.
YIN YOGA
Deep surrender at the edge of tension.
A meditative practice of long, supported holds targeting connective tissues and joints. Yin invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and unlock the body’s deeper layers of flexibility and stillness by stretching the fascia.
