Strength + Coordination + Cardio through Pilates, Barre and Latin Dance, as well as
Body + mind re-set through our Ayurvedic Cleansing we do in the Fall and Spring

We offer a 1-WEEK TRIAL pass for all new customers to come check out as many of our classes as you physically can for only $29 +tax - newbies welcome!

YIN YOGA on Tuesday nights - we are going to run YIN YOGA classes on Tuesday nights as a regularly scheduled class, bookable with you existing credits. Every 3rd Tuesday will be a Sound Healing session with Aurora Rising, which will be 30 minutes of YIN, followed by an hour of Sound Healing and that will be a separate ticketed item. Registration for this event will open 2 Sundays before the event at 12:00 noon.
If you are sick, please stay home - but email us to let us know. It still lingers.
EXERCISE IS MEDICINE.
We provide well-designed SPIN, YOGA and BARRE classes from a variety of experienced instructors to assist you with your fitness + decompression needs!
We have a great community of open-minded people who like to work hard and challenge ourselves, all in humour and good times! We are friendly and look forward to welcoming you to our studio and community!
Bad head space or challenged to resolve a problem? Have a project you need a break from? A change in scenery and a little sweat is all you need to work it out. We work harder and stay focused longer in group settings, too - so come say hi to some friends and get a good sweat/pulse/stretch on!
Being present in your breath, mindful with your body and pushing your heart a little harder for a dose of self-generated endorphins are sure-fire ways to find a positive path forward with a refreshed perspective. We are here for stress-release, and for the development of your cardiovascular capacity, which results in the ability to physically handle more in a day, with greater ease.
We support each other in our daily pursuits of our personal health and well-being.

We allow for more space for the yoga and barre classes. BUT our spot scheduler will allow you to pick your space closer to the front - or the back - whatever your preference!
We are a bright, beautiful upper studio located in the heart of downtown Nanaimo.
We are grateful to be conducting our business operations on the traditional (unceded) territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation.
Our space is 1100 square feet and we have 16 spots available for spin classes and 14 spots available for yoga and barre classes.
We are here to make your workouts fun, and to facilitate an environment that allows you to connect with others in our community to inspire each other to work a little harder and stay focused a little longer. We just want you to move your body, and challenge yourself a little more with each class - and we recommend a combination of activities for optimal health.
