On June 21st, we pledged to donate $1 per paid registration from all classes to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society in recognition of our privilege for operating on the traditional territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation. The donation will be tallied and issued to the IRSS after the changing of the seasons.
We are a rocking little upper studio located in the heart of downtown Nanaimo, operating on the traditional (unceded) territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation.

Our space is 1100 square feet and we have 11 spots in each of our classes for spin, yoga and barre. Spots will be well-spaced until September to allow everyone to re-acclimatize to our new time of being able to come together again to exercise!
We are. here to make your workouts fun, and to facilitate an environment that allows you to connect with others in our community to inspire each other to work a little harder.
We recommend a combination of activities for optimal health.
Confit Pro recommends 3 - 4 cardio sessions, 2 - 3 strength training and 2 - 3 stretching classes per week! This is a full time job getting the body the attention it needs! We are a one-stop fitness studio dedicated to providing you with great classes that will aim to distract you from the work you are doing! We do not support doing anything (but hydrating!) 7-days per week, and are closed Sundays for a day of rest.
We are grateful to all those who have been through the studio and those who have carried on supporting us over the past 3 years.
