Bad head space or challenged to resolve a problem? Have a project you need a break from? Science is proving that a change in scenery and a little sweat is all you need to work it out. We work harder and stay focused longer in group settings, too - so come say hi to some friends and get a good sweat/pulse/stretch on!
Being present in your breath, mindful with your body and pushing your heart a little harder for a dose of self-generated endorphins are sure-fire ways to find a positive path forward with a refreshed perspective. We are here for stress release, and for the development of your cardiovascular capacity, which results in the ability to physically handle more in a day, with better ease.

We are a rocking little upper studio located in the heart of downtown Nanaimo,
operating on the traditional (unceded) territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation.
We are grateful to be operating our business on this land. Huy'ch q'u.
Our space is 1100 square feet and we have 12 spots available for our classes for spin, yoga and barre classes.
We are here to make your workouts fun, and to facilitate an environment that allows you to connect with others in our community to inspire each other to work a little harder and stay focused a little longer.
We recommend a combination of activities for optimal health.
Canfit Pro recommends:
3 - 4 cardio sessions,
2 - 3 strength training and
2 - 3 stretching classes per week!
