If you are booked in for a class and you are suddenly feeling sick, or have a temperature please call or text 250.751.9370 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
IF YOU HAD COVID RECENTLY: Please do not attend classes until you have been symptom-free for 10 days in this high-intensity environment, as you can still be shedding the virus.
IF SOMEONE IN YOUR HOME HAS COVID: Please do not attend classes until the infected individual has been symptom-free for 5 days.
The great news is - medical professionals are anticipating 3 months of natural immunity against COVID following infection! They are also still recommending getting your boosters (if you have been infected, you must wait 1 month before receiving a booster).
It is important for us all to work in collaboration to ensure our community remains healthy. Please stay home if you are feeling sick or if you have returned from travel.
Please give us as much time as possible so that we can allow those on the waitlist enough time to make plans to join us.
CANCELLATIONS: All other cancellations must be received 12-hours before class start time. Cancellations outside of this time frame will not be credited to your account. If your bike can't be re-booked, your account will be charged for the class. Our unlimited members will be charged $10 if a cancellation is received less than 12-hours before class start time, effective February 1st, this will be enforced.
PLEASE DO NOT DROP-IN FOR CLASSES. PLEASE BOOK IN ADVANCE. If you are planning on attending class, please book into and pay for your class online. If you need to book a class but can only pay cash, we will accept an e-transfer, please email email@example.com first. Classes are available for booking up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class time.
USING REAR ENTRANCE OFF PARKING LOT ONLY. There is free 2-hour parking on Victoria Crescent, or pay parking in the parking lot in between Black and Blue Tattoo and the A&W / Co-Op Gas Station. Please bring some change if you are parking in this lot between 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Parking outside of these hours is free of charge.
PLEASE BRING 4 THINGS WITH YOU:
1) a FULL WATER BOTTLE
2) your YOGA MAT and any PROPS you need for any floor-based class
3) your MASK
4) sweat towel - you never know when you may need it!
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA PROPS
*UNLIMITED MEMBERS have access to complementary use of our yoga props.*
Anyone coming in on a drop-in pass must bring their own props (mats, straps, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or pay for a PROP PACKAGE. Your practice is an investment in yourself. You are strongly encouraged to pick up some props to support your practice, at home and in the studio.
IF YOU NEED TO RENT A PROP PACKAGE, THE COST IS $5 per class (these pieces require extra cleaning = extra time) will give you access to our bolsters, chip foam blocks, foam blocks, one straps, mats and blankets. Mat rental is $2 - please bring change to put into our twoonie jar to access these rentals.
We will not be providing towel service nor have filtered water available during the pandemic to try to minimize transmission between all participants. Please do not forget either of these comforts!!
The EXTRACTION FANS will be on to encourage a light air exchange.
Doors will be opened 10 minutes before class, unless otherwise communicated.
Please leave any personal items/purses/devices/extra clothing in your vehicles. Please minimize the number of items you bring into the studio other than what you need for class.
ARRIVING AT THE STUDIO + WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our spots are up to date on the booking system.Please seee the SPOT MAP on the homepage.
When you arrive, please get settled in to the spot you have booked. You will be asked to move if you are at a different spot than the spot assigned. Make sure you have your water, towels, props - all that you need.
We will run class. You must be able to stay for the whole class. We promise you to start on time and finish on time (so please be on time!). After class, you are welcome to collect your items and head home - remembering to hydrate - eat some natural sugars and protein within an hour and a half after class.
Please wash your hands, shower and wash the clothes you were wearing at the studio immediately, minimizing contact with other items in your home.
